To do this, EMRI believe that it is important for all people develop a sense of belonging and purpose. EMRI work in partnership with individuals, families and businesses to promote equality in the home and in the workplace. EMRI work to change the view that a sense of belonging and community is difficult and unatonable for minority groups.
EMRI believe passionately about issues of diversity and seek break down all types of prejudices towards racial stereotyping and wish to develop a culture in society that welcomes difference and diversity. In response to many request, EMRI offer a mediatory service to individuals, families and businesses, which affords appropriate respect and understanding to all.
EMRI seek to develop and encourage projects, which build upon a known need from working in partnership with individuals, families and businesses and will continue to support new projects.
